I am fascinated with the human body and how it moves. I am capable of seeing the endless potential of each body. I guess you could say I am a dreamer who uses science to specifically train clients to meet their goals.
Growing-up, I competed in high school swimming, soccer and cross-country. I was very athletic and took well to each sport I played. During my college years, I spent time as a part-time swim coach at my local YMCA. My experience at the YMCA reignited my passion for athletics and fitness.
I enjoy working with those new to exercise, as well as seasoned athletes.
I studied Exercise Science at UMass Boston. I worked as a full-time personal trainer at my local YMCA, before gradually transitioning to working for myself fully in 2020, by God's grace! I continue to pursue continuing education in my field that will be useful for myself and my clients. I have completed a few half-marathons, 5K's and have trained and completed a three Spartan Sprint races.
I enjoy relaxing with a cup of tea, trying my own homemade pizza, baking chocolate chip cookies, hanging out with friends, watching cheesy action movies and live music.
